Youth groups, clubs and community groups at Bowles
Established as a charity in 1964, thousands of young people now experience the life-changing benefits of a residential or day course at Bowles every year. As a charity we want to work with all young people, particularly those who need us and will benefit the most from a course at Bowles outdoor centre.
Who comes to Bowles?
We work with young people from all across London and the SE. Some of the groups we have welcomed recently include AFASIC, Disability Challengers, Young Carers from across the SE, Sussex Clubs for Young People, VAWK, Catch 22, The Challenge Network, Kent Friends, The Scouts, Girl Guiding UK, Sports Clubs, OASIS and Anchor Housing.
Bowles working towards your objectives
Working closely with your objectives and specific requirements, our highly experienced and qualified staff will help you to get the most out of your trip so that young people have fun, stay safe and learn. Their development comes not just through adventurous activities but through learning to work as a team, communicate with others, assess risks and make decisions.
Our purpose built accommodation will ensure everyone gets the rest they need. Our friendly and efficient admin team will make the booking process smooth and simple, and our delicious locally-sourced, home cooked food will ensure everyone is healthy and happy during their visit.
Combine all this with our unique and beautiful activity site boasting two ski slopes, a natural sandstone rock face and an indoor heated pool, and Bowles truly becomes a memorable place for young people to have experiences that will last their whole lives.
