- Do you have Wi-Fi?
- Group Leaders are very welcome to sit in the bar in the Lodge where there is full Wi-Fi access.

- Insurance issues?
- We have public liability insurance and are happy to give you our AAL registration number on request. If you wish to take out personal belongings insurance or cancellation insurance then that is something the school may wish to organise.
- Staff qualifications?
- We can email or send you a list of our instructors and their qualifications.
- Why do we have to pay more for fewer children in a group?
- You are paying for the instructor’s time and use of the facility – so prices are per group, rather than per person.
- What time are the meals?
- Lunch is at 12.30
- Can we use our own parental consent form?
- We prefer you to use our own – but if you email us a copy of yours we will happily check with our Director if it’s appropriate for students using the Centre
- Do you have risk assessment documents?
- An introduction to our risk assessment policy is on-line (here) but we can email any specific documents to you on request
