Does Bowles offer corporate facilities?
Yes. Bowles has The Chapel Lecture Hall which has a capacity of 70pax. classroom-style and four further breakout rooms which take up to 30 classroom-style. There is also en-suite accommodation for up to 24 delegates in 16 rooms and a bar, dining room and an indoor heated swimming pool.
Our company is staying for a Learning and Development event at Bowles - is there a bar? Do you have hot food?
Yes there is a licenced bar at The Lodge. We also provide home-cooked food prepared on-site.
I am attending an event at Bowles, but I am concerned it might rain.
If it rains we have plenty of waterproof clothing and we will always ensure our participants are warm, dry and comfortable. We also have a large selection of indoor activities.
We are running an event at Bowles combining indoor and outdoor team learning - do you recommend a change of clothes?
Yes. Although there is a drying room and changing facilities at The Lodge, you may choose to carry out an activity which could get you wet or muddy!
I am due to come on a Bowles course, but am not as keen on outdoor activities as some of my colleagues.
We are extremely aware of individuals' preferences and we are proud of our policy of "challenge by choice". All of our activities and projects are designed so that there is a role for everybody.
A couple of our delegates are flying in to the UK, what are your nearest airports?
We are approximately 45 minutes from London Gatwick and 1hr15 from London Heathrow.
I am thinking of arranging a management training programme at Bowles - can you accommodate delegates overnight?
Yes, we have 16 en-suite rooms in The Lodge accommodating up to 24 delegates in addition to a fully-licenced bar, dining room and five meeting rooms.
I am bringing some delegates to a training event at Bowles, they will arrive at various times and we may build in some free time activities - do you have a pick up/drop off service?
We can either arrange taxis for your delegates or use our minibuses to transport you as a group; if you wish we can take you to visit local sites.
I am planning a corporate team event with Bowles, do you have wi-fi access for use during the breaks?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi access in The Lodge, and throughout the Bowles site, which you are welcome to use.
