- Can we have a sample typical residential menu?
- Yes we can email you this or you can download it here
- What qualifications do your staff have?
- All staff are appropriately qualified and most instructors are multi skilled so that groups have the same instructor for most of their visit. We can email or send you a list of our instructors and their qualifications.
- Is Bowles fully insured?
- We have significant public liability insurance. If you wish to take out personal belongings or cancellation insurance then that is something the school may wish to organise.
- Do you have risk assessment documents?
- An introduction to our risk assessment policy is on-line (here) we can email any other specific documents on request.
- Can we use our own parental consent form?
- We prefer you to use our own – but if you email us a copy of yours we will happily check to see if it can be used for students using the Centre
- What time are the meals?
- Breakfast is at 8.15am, Lunch at 12.30, Dinner at 6.15pm
- Do you have Wi-Fi?
- We are currently installing it in the main buildings. In the meantime, teachers are welcome use the Wi-Fi in the Lodge.
- Do the rooms have locks?
- Teachers have keys to all rooms – the children cannot lock themselves in.
- Why do we have to pay more for fewer children in a group?
- You are paying for the instructor’s time and use of the facility – so prices are per group, rather than per person

Must we always teach our children with books? Let them look at the mountains and the stars up above. Let them look at the beauty of the waters and the trees and flowers on earth. They will then begin to think, and to think is the beginning of a real education.
