CPD events for teachers in 2012

Bowles provides training for teachers to help inspire them and give them the confidence they need to get outside and get learning with their own class.

Events in 2012.

An exciting new event for 2012. Chris Holland the author of the inspirational (and useful) book ’I Love my World’ is delivering 2 days of workshops on the 12th and 13th of March. Come along for one or both of the days and learn about how to make jewellery from natural woodland resources, how to make paint from earth pigments and how to build shelters and dens amongst other thing! Click here to see a slideshow of images from Chris’s work. Also download a sample activity from his book, click on the Blobsters PDF below.

Places are strictly limited on each of the days so book early to avoid disappointment.

If you can’t find what you need here feel free to get in touch and we’ll try to plan a bespoke event to meet your needs.

Mother Nature is the greatest teacher and carer for our offspring and play is the way children learn best. One of our jobs as parents, family members, teachers, forest schools leaders and play-workers is to facilitate interaction between our children and Nature, so our children feel at home on the Earth.

Chris Holland, I LOVE my World.

I visited your `Learning outside with confidence day’, on 31st March last year and absolutely loved it. I went on to have a bonfire afternoon, with pencil making and sawing with our year 6, which was fabulous. Ali Corbel, T.A Year 6 Lansdowne Primary
